Welcome! My name is Alexandra and I’m a Registered Dietitian and founder of All Health Nutrition.
In my practice, I support clients in reaching their health and wellness goals by guiding them to build simple, sustainable habits that actually stick long-term. By blending the psychology of eating and behaviour change with the latest evidence-based nutrition science, I tailor my recommendations to fit each client’s unique needs and often busy lifestyles.
I work from a non-diet, weight-inclusive perspective- meaning I believe that health is possible at any weight, shape or size, and includes mental, emotional, and physical health. I’m passionate about helping people move away from food restriction, reduce food-related stress, and find food freedom.
My goal is to help you feel confident and capable in your choices through personalized and practical nutrition strategies.

Anna Kandola RD, BScAHN
Hello, I’m Anna, a Registered Dietitian, Certified Intuitive Eating Counsellor, and Kinesiologist.
I provide holistic, person-centred nutrition and movement counselling that recognizes the importance of individual experiences, cultural food practices, and personal health goals. My approach emphasizes collaboration. I believe clients are active members of their care team, and that sustainable progress is built through realistic, evidence-informed strategies tailored to each person’s needs.
My practice is grounded in a weight-inclusive philosophy, supporting clients in building a positive and peaceful relationship with food and body. I help individuals reduce food-related stress, cravings, and guilt while developing confidence in their ability to nourish themselves and move their bodies in ways that feel good.
With a dual background in nutrition and kinesiology, I integrate functional movement and exercise planning into my care, helping clients set practical, achievable fitness goals that promote overall health and well-being. I practice using an evidence-based framework that also honours cultural knowledge and diverse ways of knowing. My focus is on nutrition by addition rather than restriction, encouraging clients to expand their diet quality while maintaining enjoyment and flexibility.

Sharon Sun RD, BSc
Hello! My name is Sharon and I am a Registered Dietitian, who has come a long way to finding my own version of a love for food.
Having self-internalized diet culture messaging at a young age, I understand the impact that this has on one’s emotional, physical and social health and relationships. Moving away from food restriction to food freedom can be challenging and with great uncertainty, however you do not have to go through the journey alone. My approach is compassionate, encouraging and you can always expect me to be all ears and listening in a safe space.
My experiences in nutrition counselling, serving adults at a young age to those in their elderly years, as well as community cooking instruction have enhanced my passion for delivering truly practical food and nutrition advice (which I promise will also never compromise on taste!). My goal in each conversation is to understand your individual upbringing, values, social context, personal motivations and reasons for desiring change, which all make you unique. These play an important role in developing a plan together that truly works for you. Working together, we’ll find out how all foods can fit, including your favourite cultural foods and desserts. In the process, I hope you will find joy and revitalized energy in gaining small, but signficant, changes at a time that lead to sustained nourishment and wellness.
In my free time, I enjoy advocacy work in healing food relationships with a desire to serve those in eating disorder recovery in the future. Outside of this, I can be found exploring the city’s nature, creating art through painting or pottery, and baking up a cake/treat for friends. I can’t wait to meet you to discuss all things food!
